Michael leads project finance at Voltwise, overseeing debt financing and developing capital structures to support the growth of the portfolio. Before joining Voltwise, he spent seven years in pan-European clean energy investments at Nuveen Infrastructure (formerly Glennmont Partners) where he originated, evaluated and executed investments across offshore wind, solar, biomass and battery storage. His experience includes buy-side and sell-side transactions totalling €900 million in enterprise value and supporting the development and fundraising of two infrastructure equity funds totalling €2.5 billion. Michael began his career in New York at J.P. Morgan in Investment Bank Treasury. He holds degrees in economics and finance and a Master’s in sustainability and energy transition from University College London.
