Oksana is responsible for running tender processes, and negotiating and managing Route-to-Market agreements for BESS projects. Before joining Voltwise, she worked at Encavis AG, where she negotiated wind and solar photovoltaic PPAs and placed short and midterm hedges to manage the company’s renewable energy portfolio exposure. Prior to Encavis AG, she gained experience in natural gas trading at VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH. Oksana holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from University of Economics in Prague and a Master's degree in Energy Economics from Leipzig University.
