Lucía is based in Augsburg and following her return from parental leave, she is responsible for reporting and monitoring of the development team, as well as for communication and marketing. Previously, she worked as a project developer, driving forward BESS projects in southern Germany. Before joining Voltwise, she worked at Vulcan Energy Resources GmbH, where she gained experience in deep geothermal project development, particularly in coordinating permitting processes.
