Sandra leads human resources for the UK and Germany, driving human resource strategy and operations to support business growth and employee engagement. Before joining Voltwise, she held key roles at organisations such as Globant, England and Wales Cricket Board and HSBC Investment Bank with a focus on talent management, leadership development and human resource transformation. She holds an MA in Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and is certified in Psychometric Assessment (Level A and B).
